The focus of this book is housing rehabilitation which is different than
remodeling. Rehabilitation means "to restore to good condition",
while remodeling indicates a change to something significantly different.
A good guide for anyone rehabilitating the kitchens and baths of older
homes. Provides discussion and alternate techniques for handling a variety
of kitchen and bath issues.
